The price you see is for the agreed small site.
The one-page build is £150 and the up-to-five-page build is £250 at our introductory rates. We confirm the pages, content, platform, delivery plan, total build price and any ongoing charges in a written proposal before you accept.
No extra work is charged without your approval. Once agreed, work outside the package is £60 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments with a 15-minute minimum. We give you an estimate first.
1. What we need from you
You provide accurate business details, services, service area, contact details, any logo and photos you want used, and access to accounts we agree to connect. You confirm that you have permission to use supplied text, images and branding. We can tidy your supplied facts into concise website copy; research-heavy writing, photography and brand design need a separate quote.
2. What the packages include
One page means one mobile-friendly page with agreed sections. Five pages means up to five straightforward content pages using one consistent design system. Both include basic page titles and descriptions, a simple contact route, domain connection if access is supplied, essential live checks and a handover. The proposal names the exact pages and features.
3. Review and changes
You receive a preview and one consolidated round of reasonable corrections to the agreed design and content before launch. Please send that feedback together within seven days where practical. New pages, a new direction after approval, extra revision rounds, substantial copywriting, booking systems, shops, custom integrations and migrations are separate work at the agreed £60 hourly rate or a new fixed quote.
4. Outside costs and ongoing care
Domain registration, hosting, paid images, Microsoft 365 setup and licences, email migration, third-party subscriptions and ongoing updates are not included in the build price. We identify them before purchase. For a new setup, we register the domain and open the hosting account in your name, with your own owner access and renewal details. Any Microsoft 365 account is also set up under your control. Existing accounts stay under your control. Email setup, migrations and optional care are separately agreed; there is no compulsory maintenance subscription.
5. Payment and cancellation
The written proposal sets the payment dates. If either side stops the project, we account for work actually completed and any third-party costs you authorised, then return any unused advance payment. We do not keep an entire advance simply because a project was cancelled. Nothing here removes any statutory rights that apply.
6. Launch, ownership and support
We test the agreed site on current desktop and mobile browsers and check the contact route at launch. We correct defects in the agreed build reported within 30 days without charging for a new feature. We hand over the finished site and access to your own domain and hosting accounts. Your supplied content remains yours; any platform, reusable component or third-party licence terms are identified in the proposal. Search setup helps discovery but cannot promise a ranking, traffic or enquiries.
